We use Stripe to securely collect entry fees from participants. The money is held in escrow during the tournament, then automatically paid out to winners when it ends. No more chasing people on Venmo!
Choose the "Per Tournament" option for $49. If you run multiple majors throughout the year, the "Full Season" plan ($139 for all 4 majors) saves you 30%.
No. The pricing above is for pool commissioners only. Participants join for free (they only pay the entry fee you set, which goes into the prize pool).
Yes. Full refund if requested before the tournament starts. 50% refund if the tournament is in progress. No refunds after the tournament ends.
